The BQS (BQW) series mining explosion-proof submersible sand discharge and sewage electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) complies with the standard MT/T671-2005 "Explosion proof Submersible Electric Pump for Coal Mines". The explosion-proof type of the electric motor used for the electric pump is explosion-proof, and the explosion-proof mark is "Exdl". This electric pump is a "down suction" mining explosion-proof submersible sand discharge and sewage electric pump developed by our company based on sufficient market research, which is driven by a new energy-saving dry-type three-phase asynchronous motor.

1. The BQS (BQW) series mining explosion-proof submersible sand discharge and sewage pump consists of an explosion-proof submersible sand discharge and sewage pump motor in the upper part, a mechanical seal in the middle, and a pump in the lower part. The motor is coaxially connected to the mechanical seal and pump.

2. The electric pump consists of an impeller, a volute, an inlet section, an outlet, and other parts. The impeller is fixed using a key type and fastened with nuts.

3. The motor for the explosion-proof submersible sand discharge and sewage pump is a three-phase AC explosion-proof squirrel cage asynchronous motor, and the stator winding is made of polyester enameled wire, which greatly improves the service life of the motor.

4. The casing of the unit is made of materials such as steel plate and ductile iron, which are small in size, resistant to compression and impact, safe and reliable, and sturdy and durable.

5. The cable entry adopts a special sealing structure, and water cannot enter the interior of the motor. The rubber oil seal of the motor shaft extension can block mud and sand. Seals include dynamic seals and static seals, using integral double end mechanical seals.
